1. According to having an article which are disclosed in a website by an unnamed person that present a comment regarding to the event of 93 persos who are suspepted that they are involved in variety of Criminalcase in southernmost area from January, 2004 when the undesirable and aggressive situation has been accured in Thai southernmost area.
In that article has presented variety of Comments include,
1.1 all the 93 person who decided and leaping out from the aggressive movement group are actors of adrama which has been planned and created for 2 years by LTG Udomchai Thamasarorat, he director of directorate for internal security of southernmost area and his agents.
1.2 This article has identified 3 persons who are suspected that they are key persons who contatcted with Thai authority and leap from using armed fighting way to peaceful fighting way and bending to use talk piecefully with Thai authorit.
Especially one of three persons, Mr.Wanalicopter Chehali has been sentenced to put 9 years in jails and must pay 1,000,000 baht for case expense. And express deep concern and be unsued if Mr.Wanalicopter Chehali will receive fare justice and released by Thai authority.
1.3 Convey some Thai high-level government’s official comment, especially POL.CAPT Chalerm Yoobamrung,The deputy priminister, that he doesn’t agree with that all the 93 incoming persons will not get all the justices penalty. But they should receive some penalties according to their post criminal conduction.
1.4 All the 93 incoming persons received 300 baht for traveling fare.

For afore mentioned reasons, Thai government and Thai authority won’t put any pressure or any force on any desirable people who want to piecefully talk to Thai authority like as Mr.Wanalicopter Chehali and his fellows whom LT.GEN Udomchai Thammasarorat and his coordinator have to take many years until it get to the final resolution.
2.2 All the 93 incoming persons are not forced or actor in any drama. But they are the real ones. Actually there still are many deffered idea from Thai government persons who are willing and intend to talk to Thai authority. But like as aforementioned said, Thai government and Thai authority won’t put any pressure or force on any deffered idea from Thai government persons. Except by willingness and voluntarily.
2.3 For the justice consideration process and penalties concellation. On this case., Every criminal case that they have done and already submitted to Thai court for justice consideration process. They still are on way of courts’ procession. But Thai government and Thai authority will try the best to coveniently help all the differed idea persons. Especially for some cases which are not serious or they don’t have enough conduction evidences. By the Thai courts procession, Their cases will be cancelled and released.
2.4 This article express his questionable confusion on 300 baht or event 800 baht payment. They are not payed. But for the unexplained coorperation and pure intention the Thai government has arleady prarepare worthy thing to return to them.
